<p><span>We are looking for an RTR Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day General Ledger operations, supporting audits, driving process improvements, and acting as a key point of contact for RTR-related matters. You will also support and oversee the work of RTR Accountants and contribute to departmental projects and standardization initiatives.</span></p><br /><br />

<div class="f1header"><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></div><br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Day-to-day General Ledger operations: journal entries posting, accrual calculation, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed assets accounting, month-end closing tasks, intercompany reconciliation, various reports’ preparation and analysis </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Leads departmental projects and standardization initiatives </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Takes initiative to improve processes, communication or overall work environment </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Ensures daily operations are carried out according to the Group finance policies and the J-SOX requirements </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Coordinate group audit process </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>First line contact and support to any RTR related queries </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Demonstrates ability to effectively manage priorities </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Supports verification and control over balance sheet reconciliations, closing checklists completion and intercompany reconciliations performed by RTR Accountants </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Oversees KPI analysis, root cause identification and improvement suggestions </span><br /><br /></li>
<li><span>Supports a Team Leader in any additional activities such as projects coordination and ad hoc requests <br /></span><br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br /><b>Wymagania:</b><br /><br /><div class="f1header"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required </strong></div><br /><br />

<strong>Education, Master, other certification:</strong><br /><br />

<li>University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />
<strong>Experience (years):</strong><br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience<br /><br /></li>
<li>Strong knowledge of General Ledger processes<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />
<strong>Technical Skills:</strong><br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Very good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems<br /><br /></li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office<br /><br /></li>
<li>Ability to review, understand, and interpret financial data<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />

<li>Fluent English<br /><br /></li>
