<li>Lead end-to-end IBM Guardium architecture design, deployment, and upgrade initiatives.</li>
<li>Implement whitelisting strategies for application traffic and optimize Guardium performance.</li>
<li>Manage SSL certificate lifecycle for STAP agents and GUI components.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and fine-tune security monitoring policies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot incidents and manage PMRs with IBM Support.</li>
<li>Integrate Guardium with CI/CD pipelines to support DevSecOps practices.</li>
<li>Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Sensitive Data Discovery.</li>
<li>Automate onboarding of new database environments into Guardium.</li>
<li>Oversee GIM and STAP agent upgrades and standardize configurations across environments.</li>
<li>Plan and execute migration to Guardium v12</li>
</ul><br /><br />What we expect from you:<br /><ul>
<li>Advanced expertise in IBM Guardium Data Activity Monitoring (DAM) – core area of specialization.</li>
<li>Experience with GIM (Guardium Installation Manager) and STAP (S-TAP Agent) – agent deployment and monitoring.</li>
<li>SSL/TLS certificate management – for STAP and GUI components.</li>
<li>CI/CD integration of Guardium – embedding into DevOps pipelines.</li>
<li>Automation of onboarding processes for new database environments – streamlining deployment.</li>
<li>Leading complex upgrade projects – demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure changes.</li>
