It works to prevent unauthorised access and data breaches. The organisation operates across four regions: North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.<br /><p>Your new role </p>As a Project Manager in Cybersecurity, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding digital assets across four global regions. You’ll lead critical initiatives with autonomy—managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources—while driving delivery and ensuring alignment across teams. Your work will directly support the protection of the digital infrastructure against evolving cyber threats, helping colleagues and customers operate securely and confidently.<br />Your responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>Leading multiple projects of varying complexity to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.</li>
<li>Owning end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li>
<li>Defining scope, approach, risks, and budget in collaboration with sponsors.</li>
<li>Coordinating stakeholders and dependencies to maintain accurate project schedules.</li>
<li>Managing risks, issues, changes, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Overseeing budgets, forecasts, procurement, and third-party onboarding.</li>
<li>Reporting progress and adapting communications to stakeholder needs.</li>
<li>Ensuring quality standards and conducting reviews to track benefits and alignment.</li>
</ul><br /><p>What you39ll need to succeed </p><ul>
<li>A strong sense of accountability for delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including active listening and emotional intelligence</li>
<li>Proficiency in core project management areas: scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance</li>
<li>Adaptability and resilience in the face of shifting priorities and evolving requirements</li>
<li>Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to tailor project management approaches to different situations</li>
<li>Ability to define reporting structures and clarify decision-making responsibilities</li>
<li>Skill in aligning team members with clear roles and expectations</li>
<li>Confidence in managing projects with incomplete or evolving information</li>
<li>Sound judgment in evaluating budget impacts and making informed decisions</li>
<li>Analytical ability to translate business needs into actionable project requirements</li>
<li>Experience creating key project artifacts such as schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports</li>
<li>Conflict resolution skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary</li>
<li>A problem-solving mindset and the ability to apply or adapt methodologies to project challenges</li>
<li>A collaborative approach that supports team success in fast-paced, dynamic environments</li>
</ul><br />Mandatory Experience<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in IT project management</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies</li>
</ul>Preferred Experience<ul>
<li>PMI CAPM/PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification</li>
<li>Agile or Scrum experience (e.g., CSM certification)</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity project management or a related certification</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or PlanView</li>
<li>Strong understanding of project financials and performance metrics</li>
