                        <div>Financial Analyst<br />Warszawa<br />NR REF.: 1179203<br /><br /><p>An international real estate company and market leader has an immediate need for a highly-motivated candidate for a Financial Analyst / Treasury &amp; Funding Specialist role based in Warsaw due to strong growth and ongoing changes in its business.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating equity contributions from our investment partners as well as ensuring timely loan draws.</p><p>We are looking for a driven self-starter who will become a key contributor to the team and who will coordinate well with internal development, finance and accounting colleagues as well as our investment partners.  The successful candidate must speak and write fluently in English.</p><p>This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced company and gain significant experience and exposure to senior management.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Duties:</p><ul>
<li>Responsible for coordinating cash movements with investment partners, lenders, project monitors as well as development, finance and accounting teams to ensure that investor and lender funding is achieved timely,</li>
<li>Investment analysis,</li>
<li>Monitor and provide Cash Flow analysis,</li>
<li>Budget and models preparation, variation analysis, reporting to the group,</li>
<li>Identifying and solving any issues that may delay timing funding from investors and lenders,</li>
<li>Work very closely with the finance and accounting teams to provide weekly updates of investor and lender fundings and critical vendor payments,</li>
</ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Who we are looking for:</p><ul>
<li>University education with finance, business or other quantitative degree,</li>
<li>Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills,</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge and strong user of Microsoft Excel,</li>
<li>High analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to take full ownership of tasks,</li>
<li>Proactive, independent, open, and a proven “can do” attitude,  </li>
<li>Proven ability to understand key business needs and play an active part of the team,</li>
<li>Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical, </li>
<li>Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills,</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with others in fast paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Experience in real estate market will be an advantage but not required,</li>
<li>
