Join us in contributing to the success of a company known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.<br />Your new roleYour role as IT Compliance Assistant is to manage tasks related to GxP, RODO and other IT compliance requirements, as well as ensure the maintenance of the company39s IT service catalog and performs various compliance related controls and tasks. This role supports day-to-day operations and contributes to the overall compliance and efficiency of the organization39s IT function.<br />Main responsibilities<ul>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the IT service catalogue ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.</li>
<li>Carry out compliance tasks according to the IT compliance year wheel such as periodic controlling of user rights in GxP systems and other periodic reviews and reporting. </li>
<li>Support policy and procedure updates such as performing minor SOP updates and training of staff on these updates.</li>
<li>Maintaining various compliance documentation such as system descriptions. </li>
<li>Handle documentation and archiving.</li>
<li>Assist in IT audits such as vendor audits, authority inspections and internal audits.</li>
<li>Provide IT compliance support in projects, system/supplier assessments, and similar activities.</li>
</ul><br />What you39ll need to succeed<ul>
<li>Practical experience with IT compliance tasks such as periodic control of user rights in systems and assisting with maintaining policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of IT compliance.</li>
<li>Experience with regulations, such as GxP and GDPR are beneficial but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and speech.</li>
