For our client, an international technology company at the forefront of innovation in social networking, digital communication, and virtual reality solutions, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Network Deployment Engineer. <br />Work mode:  hybrid (3 days in the office in Warsaw) <br />Compensation:  up to 115 PLN/h netContract type:  B2B <br />Start:  July 2025 (maximum 2-week notice period is acceptable)Cooperation:  long-termEnglish:  B2/C1<br /><br />Requirements:<br /><ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position.</li>
<li>CCNP/JNCIP certification preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with new POP or data center builds.</li>
<li>Understanding of outside plant construction requirements; fiber, copper, or coax experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of fiber-optic technology including cable types, connector types, optic types, patch panels, and optical transport technologies.</li>
<li>Rack and stack experience; installation of new racks and devices.</li>
<li>Experience with device installation and testing, software/firmware upgrades, re-bootstrapping, and decommissioning.</li>
<li>Experience in network optimization (re-stripes, migrations, upgrades, swaps, capacity upgrades).</li>
<li>Knowledge of DCN and experience with DCN installation, migrations, and upgrades.</li>
<li>Experience in break/fix support.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Juniper, Ciena, Infinera, Cisco, Arista, and ZPE systems (Network Deployment).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proven experience maintaining documentation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and apply troubleshooting skills, tools, and creative problem-solving under pressure.</li>
<li>Programming and scripting skills are highly desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a global team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.</li>
</ul><br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><ul>
<li>Deploy, configure, and support a large-scale production and corporate network and server infrastructure in data centers, Points of Presence (POP), edge, backbone, datacenter, and content delivery network (CDN) environments.</li>
<li>Provide onsite network support and expertise at local data center campuses and remote support for POP sites, collaborating with local vendor support staff.</li>
<li>Schedule and perform network maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while minimizing impact on the production network.</li>
<li>Calculate and document equipment power requirements; coordinate with Engineering, Facilities Operations, and/or colocation vendors to meet these needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors to integrate new equipment and technologies into the production network.</li>
<li>Work with network provisioning engineers to activate new circuits and escalate issues with vendors for troubleshooting faulty or out-of-service circuits.</li>
<li>Manage task and incident queues; participate in ongoing DC/POP deployment projects.</li>
<li>Use internal tools and scripts to configure, monitor, and repair servers and network equipment.</li>
<li>Develop internal documentation and conduct training sessions as needed.</li>
<li>Proactively contribute to evolving documentation, automation, and processes.</li>
<li>Follow, improve, and implement best practices for data centers and POPs.</li>
