<li>We are looking for an RTR (General Ledger) Accountant reporting directly to the RTR Team Leader<br /><br /></li>
<li>This is a local role based in Poznań SSC<br /><br /></li>
<li>As a finance professional, you will be responsible for accurate, efficient, and timely processing of general ledger activities<br /><br /></li>
<li>Participate in projects and take initiative to improve processes, communication, and the overall work environment<br /><br /></li>

</ul><br /><br /><b>Wymagania:</b><br /><br /><div class="f1header"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Day-to-day General Ledger operations: journal entries, accrual calculation, balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, fixed assets accounting, intracompany reconciliations<br /><br /></li>
<li>Carrying out month-end, year-end closing tasks<br /><br /></li>
<li>Preparation and analysis of various reports, reporting financial results for consolidation purposes<br /><br /></li>
<li>Assisting with departmental projects and standardization initiatives<br /><br /></li>
<li>Identify and implement potential process improvements<br /><br /></li>
<li>Take initiative to improve processes, communication, or overall work environment<br /><br /></li>
<li>Ensure daily operations comply with Group finance policies and J-SOX requirements<br /><br /></li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to effectively manage priorities<br /><br /></li>
<li>Assist with the annual audit process<br /><br /></li>
<li>Oversee KPI analysis, root cause identification, and improvement suggestions<br /><br /></li>
<li>Serve as the first line contact and support for any RTR-related queries<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />
<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</strong></p><br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Education, Master’s degree, or other certification:<br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or supplementary studies in Finance and Accounting (at least initiated) or completed external accounting training with certification<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />
<br /><br /></li>
<li>Experience:<br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Minimum 1.5 years of accounting experience<br /><br /></li>
<li>Experience in General Ledger is a plus<br /><br /></li>
</ul><br /><br />
<br /><br /></li>
<li>Technical Skills:<br /><br />
<ul><li><br /><br /></li>
<li>Good knowledge of SAP FI or other ERP/financial/accounting systems<br /><br /></li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel<br /><br /></li>
<li>Ability to review, understand, and interpret financial data<br /><br /></li>

<li>Languages Skills:<br /><br />

<li>Fluent English (C1 level)<br /><br /></li>
