Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Providing first-line production support (L1)</strong> for a designated application portfolio, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p><strong>Managing the production incident (INC) lifecycle</strong>, focusing on timely resolution, root cause identification, and escalation management.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinating and executing application releases</strong> into the Production environment, including thorough testing, deployment, and crucial post-release checkouts.</p></li><li><p><strong>Maintaining the health and compliance</strong> of production environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet all regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborating with Application Managers</strong> to address compliance items, security vulnerabilities, and application risks.</p></li><li><p><strong>Offering technical and business support</strong> to application users and stakeholders across the organization.</p></li><li><p><strong>Supporting disaster recovery activities</strong> by coordinating Contingency of Business (COB) testing and application/infrastructure maintenance efforts.</p></li><li><p><strong>Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation</strong> and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p></li></ul>                    </div>
