This role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the development and quality assurance of cutting-edge electronic trading platforms.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">As a QA Manual Testing Engineer, you will act as a core individual contributor within the Agile team, focusing on designing, creating, and executing both manual and automated tests. Your domain expertise in financial platforms, combined with strong technical QA skills, will be key to ensuring the quality and stability of the product development and regression life cycle.</p><h3>What we expect</h3><ul><li><p><strong>6-7 years of professional experience</strong> in Quality Assurance testing (Senior level, non-lead/manager role).</p></li><li><p>Mandatory experience and strong hands-on skills in testing <strong>electronic trading platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mandatory domain expertise in the Banking/Financial sector</strong> (ideally 2-4 years in a financial environment).</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English (<span class="math-inline"><span class="katex"><span class="katex-html"><span class="base"><span class="mord text"><span class="mord">B2+</span></span></span></span></span></span> level) for effective communication and technical discussions.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with test case management tools like <strong>Xray (integrated with Jira)</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Solid practical experience with <strong>API testing</strong> and familiarity with building integration from scratch (e.g., Xray APIs to upload results).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practical experience using Jira for defect and task tracking.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Preferred skills (a plus)</h3><ul><li><p>Specific domain knowledge of the <strong>Foreign Exchange (FX/EFX) market</strong> (ideally 1+ year experience).</p></li><li><p>Experience in defining and driving best automation practices in previous projects.</p></li><li><p>Skills in developing and executing API test cases.</p></li><li><p>Experience with relevant automation tools and frameworks.</p></li></ul><p>Employment agency entry number 47</p><p><em>this job offer is intended for people over 18 years of age</em></p><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li><p>Competitive salary and employment contract (B2B or contract of employment) in a large international organization.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work with <strong>Electronic Trading Platforms</strong> and gain exposure to the financial markets domain.</p></li><li><p>Collaboration with international teams (QAs, DEVs, BAs, Product Owners) driving best testing practices.</p></li><li><p>Professional environment focused on individual contribution, proactive planning, and technical growth.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fully remote</strong> work model</p></li></ul><h3>Your tasks</h3><ul><li><p>Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing on an <strong>FX trading platform</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Design and develop reusable, maintainable test scenarios for <strong>API testing</strong> within existing frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Execute API test cases to validate backend services and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.</p></li><li><p>Create and manage test cases in <strong>Xray integrated with Jira</strong>, ensuring traceability to requirements.</p></li><li><p>Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, collaborating closely with developers to find quick resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, regression, API, and integration testing across all layers.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and the scrum process as a key individual contributor.</p></li><li><p>Learn and quickly adapt to the existing test automation frameworks and testing suite.</p></li></ul>                    </div>
