Backed by international, blue-chip investors, the fund has identified a well-established Polish company in the food ingredients &amp; manufacturing sector, following a highly selective search process.</p><p>The acquisition is planned for late 2025 and will be led by the fund’s Founder, who will take on the role of CEO and hold an equity stake. The incoming CEO brings extensive international experience and a strong track record in entrepreneurship and investment.</p><p>The target company has been operating successfully for over 30 years, employs around 100 people, and serves both domestic and international clients.
