You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.</p><h3>What we expect</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in<strong> backend development.</strong></li><li>Experience in cloud-native architectures.</li><li>Proficiency in backend programming languages such as <strong>.Net, Python or Node.js.</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Azure Cloud Services</strong>, including Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services.</li><li>Solid knowledge of <strong>SQL and NoSQL databases,</strong></li><li>Understanding of cloud networking, including VNet, VPN Gateways, and Azure API Management.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>cloud security practices</strong>, including experience with Azure AD, OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.<br /><br />Nice to have:</li><li>Familiarity with audio-related technologies, such as Web Audio API, audio codecs, or media streaming protocols (HLS, DASH).</li><li>Experience working with Azure Media Services for audio and video.</li><li>Knowledge of real-time processing systems for media content.</li><li>Understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven design using Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Logic Apps.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>A competitive salary that matches your skills and experience</li><li>Contract of employment</li><li>A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a benefits platform with a lot of points to use every month, private medical care, sports card...</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities, including training programs and workshops</li><li>Hybrid model of work (3 days in the office/ week)</li></ul><h3>Your tasks</h3><ul><li><strong>Backend Architecture: </strong>Design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services using Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).</li><li><strong>API Development</strong>: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and WebSocket services to support real-time audio data transfer and processing between the frontend and backend.</li><li><strong>Database Design &amp; Management</strong>: Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or other relevant Azure database solutions, ensuring low-latency data access and storage for large audio files.</li><li><strong>Cloud Integration</strong>: Integrate backend services with various Azure services like Blob Storage, Azure Media Services, Event Hubs, or Azure Service Bus to manage and process audio content in the cloud.</li><li><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Optimize backend services for performance, particularly in handling large-scale, real-time audio processing and streaming applications.</li><li><strong>Security:</strong> Implement secure coding practices, utilizing Azure AD, Managed Identities, and Key Vault for managing secrets, user authentication, and access control in cloud environments.</li><li><strong>Scalability &amp; Reliability</strong>: Architect solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience, leveraging Azure’s built-in capabilities like Load Balancers, Traffic Manager, and Auto-scaling.</li><li><strong>CI/CD Pipelines</strong>: Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of backend services.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and audio engineers to ensure the backend aligns with frontend requirements and provides optimal support for audio workflows.</li></ul>                    </div>
