Backed by international, blue-chip investors, the fund has identified a well-established Polish company in the food ingredients &amp; manufacturing sector, following a highly selective search process.</p><p>The acquisition was completed and the fund's Founder has taken on the role of CEO and holds an equity stake. The new CEO brings extensive international experience and a strong track record in entrepreneurship and investment.</p><p>The target company has been operating successfully for over 30 years, employs around 100 people, and serves both domestic and international clients.
