In this role, you will design and implement interfaces for EMR systems, strategic partners, and healthcare organizations, helping them improve care quality, operational efficiency, and data security.<br /><br /></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain integration software in line with quality standards and timelines.</li><li>Participate in product design sessions and define integration requirements.</li><li>Create and execute test cases within the development cycle.</li><li>Collaborate with Agile teams to meet product release goals.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare partner-facing documentation.</li><li>Identify gaps in product offerings and work with development and security teams to address them.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal, licensing, and security processes while safeguarding sensitive information.</li></ul><div>Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a focus on FHIR development and system integration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, RESTful APIs, and interoperability protocols.</li><li>Hands-on experience integrating Epic EHR systems using FHIR APIs and SMART on FHIR standards.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare terminologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, RxNorm).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data security standards.</li></ul><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>Experience deploying SMART on FHIR applications in large clinical environments.</li><li>Knowledge of organizational documentation and development standards.</li><li>Contributions to healthcare interoperability initiatives or open standards bodies.</li></ul><br />Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.<br />#LI-DNI                     </div>
