With extensive experience and presence in various markets, including the Americas, Asia, and Europe, the company provides support in implementing real estate strategies from branding to operations.  <p><br /><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum over 3 years of Workday configuration experience in any area (Finance/Procurement modules highly desirable).</li><li>Experience in technical support or solution architecture within enterprise technology is desirable.</li><li>Strong Excel skills with the ability to apply data-driven approaches to technical configuration.</li><li>Working knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting/data tools.</li><li>Prior experience supporting legal teams in a technical capacity is beneficial but not required.</li><li>Results-oriented, independent, collaborative, adaptable, and agile.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical teams and business users.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.</li><li>Very good English skills</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Additional advantages:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with any legal technology solution is a plus (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, incident management).</li></ul>  <p><br /><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Attractive salary</li><li>Full remote work</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>System Support and Configuration</li><li>Act as a technical architect for legal technology systems, providing guidance and support for configuration and use.</li><li>Liaise with the business to understand BAU system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis on issues, determine action plans, and implement solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors on system configuration, releases, and new functionality-ensuring alignment with business needs.</li><li>Develop calculated fields, condition rules, and business processes to meet requirements.</li><li>Work with other solution architects across technologies to mitigate system impacts and dependencies.</li><li>Perform smoke testing on configurations before release to ensure quality and minimize errors.</li><li>Support UAT by developing technical test cases and validating system changes.</li><li>Maintain and update design documentation to reflect current system architecture and processes.</li><li>Identify and propose technology improvement opportunities within the Legal Technology stack.</li></ul>  <p>We kindly inform you that we will only respond to selected applications.<br />    <br />                    TeamQuest has been added to the register of entities conducting employment agencies  by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodship under the number 11118.</p>                    </div>
